Bedtime Beauty Habits that every Women should follow

Skin care is one of the most important part of natural beauty, no matter of your age or skin type. We need to take care of our skin, not just to look good, but for overall health as well. Every single day our skin is exposed to sun rays, pollution which damages the quality of our skin. Therefore, our skin requires to be repaired while we sleep in order to rejuvenate it.

Following are the tips that you should take care of your skin before going to sleep:

1) Removal of your makeup is the first thing to do, as it clogs the pores and cause acne and dark spots. Remove the makeup with a facial cleanser or makeup remover.

2) Wash your face with a good face wash that suits your skin type. It will cleanse your face and removes all the dirt stick on your face.



3) You should use a toner every night. It helps to restore the natural pH levels of your skin. Apply the toner with a cotton pad and gently rub and wipe the face. You can also use rose water.

4) Applying eye cream for dark circles is a must. It helps in reducing puffiness and wrinkles. Eye creams moisturises and hydrates your eyes. Use eye creams that has antioxidants and brightener effects. You can also use homemade things like almond oil, vitamin E oil, and you can also apply coffee powder mixed with almond oil.

5) You should use hand and foot creams for a healthy skin. Hand creams play an important role in reducing skin dryness and roughness. Usage of hand creams give you soft and younger looking hands. And foot creams usage will give you smooth feet.



6) Care for your lips are important when you sleep. You can use good lip balms or else apply a thin layer of almond oil or honey before going to sleep.

7) Get a good sleep as cells do most of their wonders over night, repairing and rebuilding. A lack of sleep can affect your circulation which can be a cause of dark circles and fine lines. So, try to get a good sleep of 7-8 hours for the overall healthy development.
