9 ways to get rid of Face fat

Losing fat face is more difficult than reducing body weight as you need to reduce fat from a particular place. Face is the most noticeable part of our body and if your face looks slim it will make you look younger but our modern lifestyle which includes junk food, intake of alcohol and genetic orders lead to fat on your face and make you face chubbier.

Reduce Overall weight

Once you start reducing the overall body weight, your face will automatically be slimmer. To reduce the whole body weight, you need to eat healthy food, do cardio exercises, take less salt foods and drink lots of water.



Face lift exercise

Do chin lift exercises daily, lift your face up and open your mouth widely and hold it for 3-4 seconds and repeat this 30- 40 times in a row to reduce your face fat.

Eat healthy food

Choose the right kind of food to reduce your body weight. Start eating healthy meals and include more vegetables, protein, fruits, fiber and iron in your meals. Try to make all the meals at home and make it healthy. Also limit your sugar and salt intake.

Quit junk food

Avoid all junk and processed foods like burgers, cheese pizza, chips, canned sodas, fried foods as they are high in calories and contains big amount of fat. Never skip your breakfast and always prefer a light dinner.

Try facial yoga exercises regularly which can help you in strengthening your face muscles and gives you a jaw line. You can try – make fish face by pulling cheeks in , Say letters X and O more frequently , open your mouth wide open for as much you can , repeat all these exercises 10 times daily.

Chew Gums

Chewing gums regularly will exercise your face muscles and will help you lose fat from your cheeks and chin, choose always sugar free gums. Do it for at least 30 minutes a day and you can do it in your free time or while sitting in office as well.

Say no to Alcohol

Limit or avoid your alcohol intake as it dehydrates your body and makes your body water retention which makes your face more swollen and chubby.



Facial massages

Regular facial massages can help you in making your face slimmer as it tightens your face skin and de-stress your muscles. Follow this at least once in a week.

Get regular sleep

Getting proper sleep is important for your mind and body. This is because less sleep leads to mood swings and dark circles. You should get a sleep of minimum 8 hours to prevent your face muscles from slumping.
