9 rules to follow for a Healthy and Flawless Skin

Well flawless and beautiful skin is a dream for everyone but everyone has a different skin type and texture. To get a glowing and healthy skin is not a one day job, you need to take care of a lot of things like your lifestyle, drinking and eating habits and many more. Following are the things you can follow to get a healthy skin:

Drink Lots of water

Drink at least 3-4 liters water daily. Drinking water can help you in removing the waste toxins from your body , boost your metabolism and keeps you hydrated. Drinking a lot of water is good for a healthy and glowing skin.

Eat Healthy food

Always develop a habit of eating healthy food and avoid junk foods. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet like proteins, fiber foods, less carbohydrates and fats .Try to make food at home only and eat healthy. You can also use olive oil instead of refined oil at home for a healthy lifestyle.

Less Stress

It is very important for a healthy skin to take less stress and tensions, stress will affect on your face. To avoid stress, try to be more positive and meditate in the morning for at least 10-15 minutes.

Exercise

Exercise is really good for skin and overall health. Exercise makes you look face look fresh and bright. It helps you in getting more smoother and radiant skin because when you exercise you swear and Sweating is good for your skin in a natural and healthy way.

Get proper Sleep

Getting proper sleep is important for your mind and body, because less sleep leads to mood swings , swollen face , dark circles and make your face dull . You should get a sleep of minimum 8 hours for a healthy skin.

Limit Alcohol Intake

Limit or reduce your alcohol intake as it dehydrates your body and makes your body water retention which makes your face dry, swollen and affects your body and skin.

Homemade Face Masks

Try homemade masks to get a glowing skin. To get one mix 2 tsp Yogurt & Lemon juice and apply it on face for 10-15 minutes and wash it with warm water. You can also try other masks like Tomato and milk together , also apply aloe vera gel on your face.

Green Tea

Drinking green tea is good for your overall health. It contains some antioxidants which fight against the damage particles for your skin and can make you look a little younger. It prevents cell oxidation damage that can make you look older than you really are.

Apply raw milk on face

Milk is really important for overall nutrition and health. But, it is also an important source for a soft and beautiful skin. It helps in hydrating dry skin and softens the skin.Apply raw milk on your face regularly and see the difference in your skin.
