Tunnel No 33, Shimla

The tunnel number 33 on the Shimla-Kalka road is one tunnel where you will not like to go alone there .There was a man named Colonel Barog who died there and his spirit stays there after his death. A passenger says that the colonel spirit not only face the passengers but also talks to them. He believed to be a harmless spirit but there are other spirits who is believed to attack some of the people.

Bhangarh Fort, Rajasthan

Bhangarh, a town in Rajasthan, was built by King Madho Singh in 1613, son of great Mughal general, Man Singh. Bhangarh was unrestrained after after it was cursed by a sorcerer. Local villagers say that that nobody returned who goes there after dark. The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) sign board put up there says, “Staying after sunset is strictly prohibited in this area.”



Lambi Dehar Mines, Mussoorie

The Lambi Dehar Mines was closed down because many workers died there coughing blood .The place is said to be the most haunted at night as local people says many strange sounds coming from that place.. A helicopter crash also took place in the same area and also a lot of accidents happened nearby that place. People also say that there is a ghost, who walks down the hill at night.

D’Souza Chawl, Mumbai

A well in the D’souza chawl area of Mahim is also very haunted place. . It is to be said that a woman, while fetching water from the well, fell down and died there. She appears near the well every night, roams around, and then disappears before the sunset. Even though she is a harmless spirit but still residents of the Chawl are advised not to go around the well especially during the nights.

Jamali-Kamali Masjid, Delhi

Jamali Kamali Mosque is considered to be a haunted place , but it is still open to the public visits from 10 am till 6 pm, it. After dark, there have been many instances of lights, sounds of animals, some shadows and some abnormal activities to be reported.

Shaniwarwada Fort, Pune

This fort is too old and was established when the Peshwas ruled in Maharashtra. It is said that this Shaniwarwada Fort Pune is haunted by the ghost of a prince who was brutally murdered when he was 13 year old . Many abnormal activities to be reported at night.



Ashok Vihar flyover, Delhi

There is another ghost story which says that a woman in white saree roams around the Ashok Vihar flyover between 1am and 4am. Anyone who passes by at that hour, and stops to ask her for directions, will not find their way home that night. Their vehicles break down or they go around in circles, people are advised not to go there at night.

Agrasen ki Baoli, Delhi

Agrasen ki Baoli, is a historical place situated in New Delhi on Hailey Road near Connaught place. This 14th century baoli built by Maharja Agrasen is a beautiful spot for youngsters but it is very ghostly after dark. It was to be believed that it is filled with black water , hypnotized people to commit suicide.

Delhi Cantt

Delhi Cantt is one of the haunted place where various sightings of the dead were accounted for. The place is really beautiful with lavish and green trees and plants, many people said that they have seen a woman seen in white saari and ask people for lift .If people don’t stop their vehicle, she starts running swiftly with the same speed and reaching ahead of them.

Dwarka, Sector 9 Metro Station – Delhi

Dwarka Sector 9 is also one of the haunted place in Delhi. Many call center employees returning late seen women in a white saree running behind their cab. There is a background story that long time ago a small girl was found dead near it and After that people who were passing near the tree experienced some unusual activity like a shadow following, slapping, women in white saree with anger.
