Our stressful and busy work lifestyle and schedule makes us skip meals and later crave for unhealthy and junk foods. Obviously in office you cannot take longer breaks , and end up eating food that are available in shorter time. Here are some healthy snack options, everyone should go for to maintain a healthy lifestyle even during the office hours.

Protein Bars

They are the nutritious bars that will be easily available in market and contains proteins, carbohydrates that gives you energy and makes your stomach full.

Nuts

There are many types of nuts like cashew nuts, almonds,peanuts,walnuts , they are all a great substitute when you are feeling hungry. They contain good amount of Proteins and dietary fibers.



Roasted Chana

It is a very good substitute as they are not fried but are roasted. They are very low in cholesterol and low in calories.

Fruits

Eating fruits will always be the best option as fruits contains minerals, vitamins, iron , fibre . Fruits that you can include in your diet are – papaya, watermelon, apple , strawberries, kiwi , guava , grapes and oranges.

Puffed rice cereal is low in calories, fat-free and sodium-free. It’s also, however, not a very good source of protein or fiber but also contains vitamin or minerals.
