6 Ways to Get Rid of Oily Skin

About 40-45 % of women in the world have oily skin .Having Oily skin can be distressing and frustrating sometimes as when your skin becomes oily you need to wash your face frequently . The root cause of oily skin comes from the oily food, pollution and dust or hormonal and genetic factors . You can’t change your skin type completely but you can keep it in control. Here are some tips you can use if you have an oily skin.

KEEP YOUR SKIN CLEAN

First step is to keep your skin clean always. Wash your face with water or face wash ( avoid using soap) after every 4-5 hours or you can also use everyday cleansing wipes to cleanse and hydrate your skin. Washing face repeatedly will block the pores from going into your skin and will keep your skin clean and shine.



WATCH YOUR DIET

It would be advisable to consume less oily or spicy food if you have an oily skin . Drink about 3-4 litres of water daily as water eliminates the dead cells from your skin and will give your skin the right water to oily ratio. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables as it contains fibre and Vitamin E which is required for a radiant skin.

USE ALOE VERA

Aloe Vera is highly recommended for oily skin . Wash your face with water before applying fresh aloe vera gel and to get a cooling effect put aloe vera gel in refrigerator for a while before applying. Let the skin absorb the aloe vera gel completely for a healthy and shining skin. You can also use aloe vera face wash or wipes in your daily routine.

YOGURT AND WHITE EGGS

Yogurt is the best and cheap way to control your oily skin . Once you will apply it on your face , it will absorb the excessive oil from your skin . Egg whites also lighten your oily skin. Apply egg white face mask on your skin to reduce the oil, it will shrink pores, clears skin and leaves skin glowing.



KEEP YOUR SKIN MOISTURISED

Keep your skin moisturized with the light and oil free moisturizer as it will help your skin to remain loose –limbed. You can also use natural moisturizer like Jojoba or Coconut oil .

USE THE RIGHT KIND OF FACE WASH FOR YOUR SKIN

Do not experiment with your face especially if you have an oily skin. Always use the face wash that suits your skin.
