1. This is not Permanent
The pain or suffering you are feeling right now is not going to be permanent. You need to understand that this is not the end of your life, pain takes time to heal. You may be thinking that others will not understand your point of view or situation, but the best way to get out of a pain is to talk about it. There is nothing to be ashamed about it if you are feeling low. Talk about it to your close friends, family and relatives. They will help you to find out the solution for it. 4. Life is a roller coaster ride
