Easy and Quick Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Well , Summer is already here and who doesn’t like Chocolate ice cream. If you are a chocolate lover then it is very easy and quick to make chocolate ice cream at home with only three ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 packet of Chocolate Biscuits (Hide and Seek or any other)
Heavy Cream or One Bowl of Malai
1 tablespoon sugar
Chocochips

Preparation Time : 10 minutes

Recipe :

Step 1 : Crush a pack of chocolate biscuits in a grinder for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2 : Add Heavy cream or Malai and one tablespoon of Sugar in Grinder to make it a thick and smooth paste.

Step 3 : Pour the ice cream batter in the ice cream container box and add choco chips in it. Then freeze the ice cream for a minimum 4-5 hours in the freezer .

Step 4 : Ready to serve chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup and dry fruits (optional).
