How to Get Rid of Acne Quickly

Acne is a common problem found in men and women both especially in the teen age. Acne or pimples are caused due to hormonal changes, blocked or dead pores, bad food habits and environmental influences. Here are some remedies you can try to get rid of acne quickly:

DRINK MORE WATER

Drink at least 4-5 liters of water daily to flush out the toxic waste from your body. It will help in better circulation of blood vessels and will repair the damaged or dead cells from your skin. You can also put the ice cubes in a piece of cotton cloth and rub it on the affected area for 3-4 minutes.

APPLY HONEY

Honey is natural and quick solution to acne. To remove the acne , you need to take honey on cotton balls and apply on affected areas and leave it overnight. You can mix a teaspoon of lemon in honey for cleansing pore treatment.

USE TOOTHPASTE

If you want to remove the acne quickly , you can apply toothpaste on the acne as it contains ingredients like baking soda, menthol which will dry out and lighten your acne spots.

There is no doubt that aloe Vera is best for a healthy skin. You can use fresh aloe Vera gel on the acne to clean and heal your skin .You can also leave it overnight for quick results.

MAINTAIN HEALTHY DIET

You need to maintain a healthy diet for acne free skin. You can add proteins, rich iron , sprouts , green vegetables in your diet. Try to avoid oily food, sugar and dairy products. Healthy diet is the key to clear skin.

EGG MASK

This is the easiest way to get rid of acne and suitable for any skin type. The egg white contains exfoliation which will help in reducing the size of pores. Only apply the white egg mask on the skin and leave the yellow portion.

USE TOMATOES

Tomatoes contain Vitamin A and C which will help to rejuvenate your skin by facilitating quick growth of the skin cells. You can apply tomatoes mask on the face and then face wash with lukewarm water after 15-20 minutes.

GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Get enough sleep for around 8 hours for healthy skin. When you deprive your body because of sleep , there are high chances that dead skin cells can build up which will result in acne.
