Well another year 2021 has dawned on us and we are just about to enter year 2022. Its time to let go of things that happened in 2021 and cherished the beautiful moments and start a new phase in year 2022. Everyone makes New Year resolutions for themselves but we hardly follow them. Here are some new year resolution promises that you can implement in 2022 and bring a new change in your life.

1. Get Fit and Healthy

This is the basic resolution we always try to achieve but many failed to achieve. You just need a good determination and will power to achieve this goal and nothing can stop you from it. Switch to eat more green vegetables, fruits and healthy food than junk food items, with consistency and patience you will definitely achieve this.

2. Learn to Control your Emotions

We all are filled with different emotions like anger, jealous , too much emotional , fear but it’s the time to control all your emotions because these emotions will make you look weak and once you will overcome these emotions you will come out as a stronger and better person.



3. Happy with what you Have

You must feel happy and proud with whatever you have and stop regretting what you don’t have, this stress will only make you unhappy. Learn to be grateful for little things in life as some people do not even have what you have in your life .

4. Spend more time with Family

Home is where your family is. This year make promise to yourself that you will spend more time with your family rather than with friends or Social media and try to comfort them. They have spend their entire life to raise you , its your time to shower some love on them to make them feel you are with them.
