1. In winters , we take less liquid intake which can result in dehydration so indulge in more warm liquid intakes. Drink lukewarm water or herbal teas which can help you in reducing your weight.
2. We tend to feel more hungry in winters , avoid overindulging in food , eat in small quantities and opt for healthy food. Whenever you feel hungry , opt for seasonal fruits, salad, dry fruits or juice.
3. Winter makes you feel lazy, so instead of outdoor activities , you can opt for indoor activities like walking , climbing staircases, Yoga, Dance or Pilates. Doing any physical activity will definitely make you feel warm and fresh.
