8 Tips to Save your Salary Every Month
Do you spend a lot of money or have zero savings? Well many can relate to this as mostly people have a lifestyle where they spend a lot of money on clothing, accessories, groceries, gold, clubbing, nightlife, holidays, etc. Well to avoid this, you can start doing things to save more of your salary every month :
1. Start cooking healthy meals for yourself. Instead of spending money in restaurants, develop a habit of eating healthy food at home. These little savings will save you a lot of money.
2. Ask your friends to come home for drinks. It’s better to always party at home rather than spending in clubbing and night clubs.
3. Start saving money and invest it in PF, LIC policies so that even you want you cannot touch that money for your personal use. Put some portion of your salary in savings .
4. Shop and buy only what you need right now. It’s ok to buy nothing if it’s not required at the moment. Don’t buy extra clothes, try to reuse your old clothes and style it with different pairs.
5. Another way is to budget your expenses and prioritize them, as required for now, and not required for now and also keep in mind what you might want to possess
6. Always make a list before going for shopping to avoid unnecessary baggages.You can always look for items with discounted prices or go to places which offers huge discounts when there are bulk purchases.
7. If you want to save your money then avoid use of credit cards., it will not take anywhere near to savings. Usage of credit card will encourage you to buy unnecessary items which are not required not now.
8. Use Public transports like Metro or buses instead of taking cabs or going by cars. . If you have your own car or bike, the prices of petrol and diesel are also high. Using public transport will help you to cut down on monthly fuel bills.
