Makhani Pasta Recipe
Today we will share the Makhani Pasta Recipe with all of you.

Ingredients :
3 Tomatoes
2 Chopped Onions
Chopped Capsicums
1 Bay leaf
Chopped Ginger and Garlic
2 Cloves
1 Bowl Pasta
Salt to taste
Red Mirchi Powder to taste
Cream
How to Make it :
1. First you need to bowl pasta in a big vessel and add a pinch of salt in it till it becomes soft.
2. Now you need to heat any oil of your choice in a Kadai and add chopped garlic , ginger , cloves and bay leaf.
3. Then once they turn aromatic add chopped onions and keep moving it till the onions become brown.
4. After that you need to add tomatoes and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
5. Then add salt and red chilli powder according to your taste and sim it for 10-15 minutes .
6. Once your Masala is ready , put it in a Mixi and grind the whole mixture properly till it becomes thick.
7. Then again add 2 tablespoon Oil in kadai and add the blended mixture and sim it for 10 minutes .
8. Till then you can drain the pasta from hot water and keep it aside.
9. If your Makhani gravy is ready add some cream to it according to your taste. You can also add some milk if cream is not available.
10. Now in a different Kadhai , cook chopped Capsicums till it becomes soft.
11. Mix pasta , chopped capsicums and makhani gravy together and let it sim for 5 minutes.
12. Now Serve hot makhani gravy pasta on a plate and garnish it with some cheese or green herbs.
