Common Health Mistakes every Women makes

Health is a major concern these days for every woman. Women are more conscious about their health as compared to men and are doing some mistakes in order to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Look at some common mistakes:

Skipping Breakfast

This is the biggest and most common mistake you must be making in order to lose weight. Research shows that people who skip their breakfast tend to gain more weight as compared to others. Always eat breakfast a king size and never skip it. Always have breakfast within 1- 2 hours once you wake up as body needs more food and energy in the morning and eating heavy breakfast will boost your metabolism.

Not consuming enough water

Drink at least 3-4 litres water daily. Women busy in their home and professional life forget to drink enough water which can lead to constipation, dehydration and dry mouth. Drinking water can help you in removing the waste toxins from your body and help in maintaining your weight.

Having meal at wrong timings

It is very important to eat all the meals at the right time. In fact have short 5-6 meals daily, it increases your energy level and metabolism and help you in losing your weight. Don’t go for fried or heavy snacks. Around 8-9 have your breakfast , at 12 eat fruits , at 2 eat your lunch including more vegetables and pulses , in evening have tea , and in dinner eat less fat food around 8-9 pm.

No workout

We all know we have to exercise regularly but many of us are not doing it and that is the biggest mistake. To get rid of laziness you need to increase your stamina and that you can do by doing some kind of physical activity like exercising, jogging , walking , yoga or going to gym.

Doing a lot of exercise

Exercising is good for health but too much of exercising is not at all healthy and harmful for your body. Too much workout can lead to tiredness, exhaustion and lead to poor muscles. On an average one should do 30 minutes to 1: 30 minutes of workout to stay healthy and fit.



Not having enough sleep

7-8 hours of sleep is very important for every women in order to deal with health problems. This is because less sleep leads to daily fluctuations in your appetite hormones, leading to poor appetite regulation.

Taking less protein

Protein intake is very important for our body as it helps in building your body muscles, improves your brain and controls your blood sugar and cholesterol level. You can include food options like boiled eggs, boiled chicken, cheese, oats, broccoli, almonds yogurt and beans in your diet.

No fats and carbohydrates

Just like proteins, low carbohydrates and fats are also essential for our body. It is a common myth that in order to lose or maintain weight but in reality it is important to eat foods which contain both if consumed in a limited quantity. You can include foods like nuts and seeds, pulses, beans, whole grains, brown bread and many more.
