Obviously in office you cannot take longer breaks , and end up eating food that are available in shorter time. Here are some healthy snack options, everyone should go for to maintain a healthy lifestyle even during the office hours.
Protein Bars
They are the nutritious bars that will be easily available in market and contains proteins, carbohydrates that gives you energy and makes your stomach full.
Nuts
There are many types of nuts like cashew nuts, almonds,peanuts,walnuts , they are all a great substitute when you are feeling hungry. They contain good amount of Proteins and dietary fibers.
