Winter is here and we get to enjoy really chilly breeze after scorching heat of summers. But it is important to give your body warmth, as the temperature falls, your metabolism tends to slow down. This is why we feel so lazy and lethargic in winters. You cannot fight the chilly breeze with blankets and jackets. Food plays an important part in keeping us healthy and warm during winters. Here are some foods that we should eat in winters to keep us warm.

Eggs– They are rich in essential proteins and minerals and help the body fight infection in winters.
