COVID-19 is everywhere and people are staying at home protecting themselves. This is the time where people are getting stressed, feeling negative, experiencing sadness. But my friends, this is the time to fight against all odds and sadness.

There are many ways to stay positive in your life, even when you are experiencing challenges. Here comes the term Quarantine, an isolation period to prevent the spread of a contagious disease. In this article, we are going to tell you about the things that you can do during Quarantine that can make you happy and positive.

1) Avoid to take stress from external and internal influences, feelings such as anxiety and depression. If depression stays for a long time in your life, it will affect not only your health but your confidence too.

2) Pick up a good book and read and get lost in an imaginary world. Or try to write about anything, poetry, blogs. There is nothing creative as poetry.



3) Switch on your TV and you can watch movies, web series on various platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Voot, ALTBalaji. You can spend your time watching great and amazing series. (😀Personally I recently watched Special OPS on Hotstar, and its worth watching.)

4) Exercise daily will make your mood better. It has both mental and physical benefits. It will keep you in better shape and boost your self esteem.

5) Chat and talk to your family members, friends and relatives. This is the right time to communicate. Have a video call and talk to people you value.

6) Meditate a bit as it will keep you away from getting stressed out and keeps you happy in the long run. It will improve your focus, attention and will keep your mind relaxed and calm.



7) Lack of sleep may cause weight gain, irritability, moodiness and tired. A good and sound sleep. Getting proper sleep improves your discipline, your mental well being, which in turn, leads to the way of happiness.

8) This is the best time to bring out your talent from yourself. You can try different things at home, alone or with your family members, be it cooking, music, painting, reading, playing cards.
