Delicious Shahi Tukda Recipe

Ingredients:

White Bread
1 or half kg Milk
Sugar
Elaichi
Dry Fruits (as per taste )

How to make it :

1.First you need a pan or non stick kadai and put one kg or half kg milk in it on a medium flame .

2. Mix one small cup sugar in milk and keep stirring it on low flame till it becomes very thick, it may take around 45-50 minutes.




3. In a different pan pour 3 cups of water and 3 teaspoon of sugar and stir it on low flame to make sugar syrup.

4. When both things are ready, take a Kadai and boil oil to fry bread. Cut the side portions of bread and divide it into half to fry the bread in oil .

5. After all your things are ready , dip the fried bread in sugar syrup and put Milk rabdi on the top of bread and spread some dry fruits on it. Serve the delicious Shahi Tukda on a plate and enjoy the sweet dessert.
