Homemade Kulfi Recipe with only 3 Ingredients

Summers are already here so we are bringing you the most favourite recipe of everyone , Kulfi, which you can easily prepare at home with only three ingredients that are easily available at home. Kulfi is a traditional frozen dessert which everyone loves .

Preparation time : 1 hour

Ingredients:

1 kg Milk
Sugar
Cardamom powder

How to make it :

First you need a pan or non-stick kadai and put one kg milk in it on a medium flame . You need to reduce the volume of milk to one third at least.

Keep stirring it on medium flame till it becomes very thick and changes its colour to pinkish , it may take around 45-50 minutes.



When the milk becomes thick , put sugar according to your taste and mix it . Then add cardamom powder in it and mix it well. (You can also add Khoya or Condensed milk for the taste.)

Now keep the thick milk aside to let it cool for some time. When the temperature of milk becomes normal then put the milk in Kulfi mold trays and put it in the freezer for at least 8 hours. Now serve the delicious Kulfi and you can garnish it with pistachios and dry fruits as well.
