SC Verdict : CBI To Investigate Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death Case

The Supreme court’s verdict is out, it has rejected the plea of Rhea Chakraborty to transfer the case to Mumbai police from Bihar police . SC has also transferred the case to CBI to investigate properly into SSR’s death case as it will be the desired justice for everyone . The Supreme Court also stated that “Sushant Singh Rajput was a talented actor & died well before his full potential could be realized”.

They have asked the Mumbai police to hand over all the collected data and FIR copy so far to the CBI team. Sushant Singh’s family lawyer said that the family is happy with the verdict and the truth will come . Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer said in a statement that “Truth will remain the same and we will face CBI investigation as a responsible citizen of the county”. The justice is now in hands of the CBI.
