Rice water is fully loaded with nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Rice water is an excellent toner for your skin and hair as it’s natural and chemical free. You can directly rub the rice water on skin and hair too, or you can mix the rice water with face pack or mud.

There are different ways of using rice water- Boiled , Fermented and Soaked rice water. In a boiled method you have to boil the rice with more water and let it cool for some time to use it. In a soaked method, there is no need to boil it, you just need to soak the rice in water for 2-3 hours and then you can use it. In a fermented method, you need to soak the rice in water and after some time take the rice water in a jar or bowl and keep it aside for 2-3 days to use for better results.
